The Kurdish Struggle in Photos and Documents (Report)
On the 16th May 2013 the Barzan Cultural Centre in cooperation with Salahaddin University opened a photo and documentary exhibition in the Sami Abdurahman Park titled (The Kurdish Struggle in Photos and Documents). 1660 photos and documents displayed, some of which are shown for the first time.
College of Law and Politics Organizes the Eighth Students Conference
On the 20th of May 2013, under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University and in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Hamarash, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, the college of law and political science organized its eighth conference titled "scientific thinking is the key factor to the society's development".
Salahaddin University Holds a Seminar for Mr. Amar Hakim
In the Cultural Centre of Salahaddin University and in the presence of the Dr. Fuad Hussein, the Chief of Staff of the Kurdistan Region Presidency, Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University and faculty members and students, a seminar was held for Mr. Amar Hakim, the president of the Iraqi Islamic High Council.
President and Deans of University of Wan Visits Salahaddin University
On the 13th of May 2013 Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, received a delegation from the University of Wan, including the president and the deans of that University.
Salahaddin University and Egypt: Strengthening Academic Relation and Kurdish Language Studies in Egypt
Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, received Mr. Sulaiman Osman, the Egyptian Consul General in Erbil. The head of the Department of Archeology in Salahaddin University participated in the meeting.
Farms Day Celebrated at the College of Agriculture
On the 12th of May 2013, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, the farm's day was celebrated at the University's College of Agriculture. The final stage students organised various activities.

On the 29th of April 2013, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, the French Consul General in Erbil and a number of teachers and students of the College of Languages, the Francophone Day was remembered in a ceremony.
